Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups chopped pecans (toasted)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9×5 loaf pan.

  • Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon.

  • Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.

  • Mix in yogurt, then combine with dry ingredients.

  • Fold in pecans. Pour batter into loaf pan.

  • Bake 50–60 mins until toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
