- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups chopped pecans (toasted)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9×5 loaf pan.

Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.

Mix in yogurt, then combine with dry ingredients.

Fold in pecans. Pour batter into loaf pan.

Bake 50–60 mins until toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Notes
- Toast pecans for deeper flavor
- Add banana or maple for variations
